Historical Oberursel, the second largest town in the Hochtaunuskreis district, is located right in the heart of the Rhein-Main region, bordering directly with Frankfurt am Main.

The property on Zimmersmühlenweg 2 was built in 1910, originally as an electrical substation. Between the years of 2004 and 2008 the 650 square metre (7,000 square feet) building was painstakingly renovated in collaboration with the antiquities office.
