The town of Falkensee belongs to the Havelland district, situated on the northern rim of Berlin city (Spandau), in the so called ‘Speckgürtel’, or ‘bacon belt’.
Against the backdrop of Berlin, the bordering capital city, Falkensee seems like something of a wooded oasis, right at the gates of the metropolis.
The property at Dallgowerstraße 10-14 is located in close proximity to the Falkensee railway station and the town centre. With a total floor area of 3,500 square metres (37,673 square feet) the building offers excellent retail space, modern offices, as well as 10 light-flooded loft apartments which occupy around 1,000 square metres (10,763 square feet) and are all easily accessible via the lift. The building boasts 56 reserved parking spaces.
Falkensee is well positioned in relation to Berlin Tegel airport and the A10 and B5 Autobahns. Central Berlin can be reached in around 30 minutes using the regional express train (RE 2 or RE 6), or with the RB 10 and RB 14 regional train services. Bus route 604 goes directly to Potsdamer central station.
